What ages is The Princess Trunk designed for?

The experience is designed especially for children ages 3–5. Costumes, crafts, and movement activities are curated with this age range in mind.

The rental accommodates up to six children. Please include the ages of all children attending when you request your date so we can review the group's needs and costume sizing options.

What should children wear underneath the costumes?

We recommend that children arrive wearing fitted leggings and a fitted T-shirt or tank top. Our ballet performance costumes are leotard-style garments intended to be worn over clothing for this dress-up experience.

Thin, fitted layers work best and help the costumes sit comfortably without excessive bunching. Please avoid bulky sweatshirts, thick layers, or loose clothing underneath, as these can make it more difficult to fit the costumes.

Comfortable, movement-friendly clothing is ideal for dressing up, crafting, and dancing.

How many children can participate?

The rental accommodates up to six children. It includes six ballet performance costumes and two additional dresses to provide extra sizing options.

The two additional dresses are for sizing flexibility and do not increase the maximum number of children included in the rental.

What is included in the rental?

Your $295 rental includes a five-hour trunk rental, six ballet performance costumes, two additional sizing options, princess wands, six craft kits, coordinated party tableware and decor, a cupcake display with themed toppers, a digital invitation, and a photo-guided setup guide.

You'll also receive a two-hour curated playlist featuring four follow-along dance and movement games, plus a vintage-style audio guest book.

How does delivery and pickup work?

When requesting your reservation, select the time you want your trunk delivered. That selected time is the start of your five-hour rental.

Pickup is scheduled five hours after delivery. For example, if you select 9:00 AM delivery, pickup will be scheduled for 2:00 PM.

Please choose a delivery time that gives you enough time to set up before your guests arrive. If your party starts at 11:00 AM, for example, you may want to select 9:00 AM delivery.

Delivery and pickup are included in Danville, Alamo, and San Ramon.

How do I request a date?

Select “Request Your Date” to open our Square booking page. Choose your preferred date and delivery time, then submit the information requested. We review requests before confirming availability, so submitting a request does not automatically guarantee a reservation.

In the booking message or notes box, please include:

• The ages of all children attending
• Your party start time, if different from delivery time
• Your delivery address or event location

Your selected booking time is the requested delivery time, not your party start time. Pickup is scheduled five hours after delivery.

Where do you deliver?

Delivery and pickup are included in Danville, Alamo, and San Ramon, California. Please contact us before requesting a date if your celebration is outside these areas.

Do you provide food or cupcakes?

Food, cupcakes, and refreshments are not included. The rental does include a cupcake display and ballerina-themed cupcake toppers, allowing you to style your own treats beautifully.

Do I need to set up the party myself?

Yes. This is a self-hosted experience. Your trunk includes a photo-guided setup guide to help you arrange the costumes, crafts, tableware, and decor. Parents or guardians are responsible for supervising children throughout the celebration.

What happens after the party?

Follow the included return guide to repack the reusable rental items. Pickup is scheduled five hours after your selected delivery time, so please have the trunk ready for collection by then.
